Please read the following terms and conditions of website useage before placing your order.


By placing an order with Auto Extreme Ltd you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Any reference to we/us/company/seller means Auto Extreme Ltd.

Our business is the sale and supply of specialist automotive tuning & styling parts.

Any reference to you/buyer/purchaser means the person detailed on the sales invoice.

We supply mainly non-standard parts. This means the parts we supply may not always be a straight forward fit. Some parts may need vehicle modifications to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should be fitted by a professional mechanic or bodywork specialist.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Transactions are governed by British law and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British law.


Orders placed via our online shop are mere offers to purchase and shall not be accepted or binding upon us until confirmed or acknowledged in writing by us by means of invoice or statement. The automatically produced order confirmation email is purely an acknowledgement that you have submitted your order and allows you to check that you have entered all information correctly.

We retain the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, we will provide a full refund immediately.


All website payments are securely handled by Streamline or Paypal. Goods will not be despatched or put on back order until payment is received in full. All online payments can be made by credit or debit card. We also accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. If you would like to make a phone order please call us on 0845 009 5641


We do our best to keep all prices and information on our website up to date. Occasionally prices can change at short notice so we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices on the web site at short notice. In the event that the price of an item ordered through our online shop has changed we shall do our utmost to honour the price shown at the time of ordering. However, in cases where there is a substantial difference we shall contact you to agree a new price before accepting payment. If you do not wish to agree the new price then we reserve the right to withdraw from the transaction.


As a VAT registered company 20% VAT is applied all UK/EU orders. Most prices on our website include VAT. Where VAT has not been included it is clearly indicated. All price quotations by phone or email also include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Customer placing an order from outside the UK/EU is charged exclusive of VAT. Local import charges will apply on receiving your order.


All product warranties are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Auto Extreme Limited do not provide any additional warranty. If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. Some goods will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, some will need to be returned to us. Please always contact our sales office first on 0845 009 5641 or by emailing [email protected] to confirm the appropriate course of action.

Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and must be returned carriage paid. If a manufacturer decides that a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation. We will not accept any liability for any labour or associated costs involved in a warranty claim.

Parts modified or adapted by the purchaser will not be warranted by the manufacturer nor shall Auto Extreme Ltd be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification as a result of such modification.


We aim to ensure that all information on our web site is correct. However, we can not be responsible for the use of the information given.

Advice given by Auto Extreme Ltd staff on the telephone or by email is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser with no inspection undertaken. As such, all advice given is indicative only and should be checked by the purchaser prior to order. Where advice is given after visual inspection by Auto Extreme Ltd staff such advice shall amount to an opinion only.

Goods are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put. No liability for failure will be accepted by Auto Extreme Ltd for such alternative use, amendment or modification.

We always do our best to deliver goods within the timescale quoted at the time of ordering but sometimes there can be a delay which is beyond our control. As such any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. (We strongly recommend that you do not make arrangements to have parts fitted until they have arrived. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred if such arrangmenets have to be cancelled due to a delay in delivery or any workshop storage costs incurred)

All goods are subject to availability. If we can not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded by the full amount. Auto Extreme Ltd will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Goods may not be compatible with vehicles which have been modified, adapted or altered. Where goods ordered by the Purchaser are not compatible by reason of modification, adaptation or alteration we may accept such goods back into stock entirely at our discretion and will either issue a refund or credit to the purchaser subject to 10% restocking fee except where goods are specifically ordered for the purchaser where no such refund or credit is available.

Under no circumstances will Auto Extreme Ltd be held liable for any fitting charges incurred by the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure he has the correct parts prior to fitting. This can be as simple as comparing shape and size of the new items with the parts to be removed from the car. In the rare event of an item being defective we shall act on the customer's behalf to obtain compensation for fitting charges from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refuses compensation then we shall not be held liable.

No liability is accepted by Auto Extreme Ltd where purchasers attempt to modify or install components where it is known or ought reasonably to be known to the purchaser that the part is incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in accordance with the order.


Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason unless the product is a custom order / bespoke order.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the Product you ordered. Where you order multiple Products in one order or a Product is delivered in separate parts, lots or pieces, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the last Product, part, lot or piece that makes up your order.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract with us by making a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). The easiest way to do this is to contact our Customer Services team by email [email protected] or by calling 0345 009 5641

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Any item to be returned must not be used and must be in "as new" condition with no damage and returned in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any items that do not meet these conditions.

When returning any items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations the buyer is responsible for all postage costs unless an item has been incorrectly supplied.
