UK Orders
All UK orders are sent using a tracked and signed for next working day courier service.
If the ordered products are in stock we will do our best to despatch your order the same day for delivery the next working day, if this is not possible due to processing times your order will be despatched the following working day.
If the products ordered are not in stock we will contact you by phone or email with an expected due date. If the due date is longer than 7 days of the order being placed you will have the option to cancel that part of the order.
Shipping Options:
We offer multiple shipping options for UK orders, all of which include tracking and insurance.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Up to 2kg): £4.95
Sent via Royal Mail tracked service. Includes insurance up to £150.
Courier Service (Up to 30kg): £14.95
Tracked and signed next working day courier service. Includes insurance up to £1,000 with optional additional insurance up to £5000
Courier Service (Over 30kg):
Additional charge of £0.30 per kg over 30kg.
Large Items (e.g. wheels): Flat rate of £25 to mainland UK.
International orders
We offer competitive shipping rates to most worldwide destinations. All international orders are sent using a tracked and signed courier service.
If the ordered products are in stock all international orders will be despatched the following working day due to processing times.
Delivery times vary between different destinations, but most countries have an expected delivery time of 2 – 5 days.
Any product not in stock we will contact you by phone or email with an expected due date. If the due date is longer than 7 days of the order being placed you will have the option to cancel that part of the order.
Liabiliy
All orders shipped include insurance to cover loss or damage in transit.
Royal Mail includes up to £150 insurance
DHL includes up to £1000 insurance with optional compensation up to £5000 (£7.50 for each additional £1000 of cover)
