1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel in writing (e.g., by email).

If you cancel within this period:

  • You will receive a full refund including standard delivery costs.
  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Customised or made-to-order products.
  • Items returned outside the 14 day return window.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
  • We will cover the cost of return postage in these cases.

5. Refunds
