UK Orders
All UK orders are sent out using a fully tracked and signed for next day courier service.
Providing the ordered products are in stock and your order is received before 12:00 we will do our best to despatch your order the same day for delivery between 08:00 and 18:00 the next working day. Any order received after 12:00 will be despatched the following working day.
If any products are not in stock we will contact you by phone or email to advise of an expected due date. If the due date is longer than 7 days of the order being placed you will have the option to cancel that part of the order.
Any orders up to 20Kg carry a standard shipping charge of £9.60 to mainland UK. Any orders over this weight will carry an extra charge of 30p per kg. All large items such as wheel & tyre packages, bodykits and carbon fibre bonnets/bootlids carry a standard shipping rate of £25 to mainland UK.
International orders
We offer very competitive shipping rates to most worldwide destinations. All international orders are sent out using a fully tracked and signed courier service. Providing the ordered products are in stock and your order is received before 12:00 we will do our best to despatch your order the same day. Delivery times vary between different destinations, but most countries have an expected delivery time of 1 – 4 days.
Any product not in stock we will contact you by phone or email to advise of an expected due date. If the due date is longer than 7 days of the order being placed you will have the option to cancel that part of the order.
Shipping Liabiliy
By default all orders are shipped using a regular next day delivery service including limited compensation against loss or damage in transit. Should your order be lost or damaged in transit compensation is provided at a rate of £12 per KG.
We do offer the option of increased compensation to cover the full value of your order up to a maximum of £5000 at the additional cost of £10. If the option of enhanced compensation is not selected we can not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred.
