Description
ACT Clutch Nissan Pulsar GTi-R SR20DET Xtreme Race Sprung 6 Pad Clutch
Advanced Clutch Technology, otherwise known as ACT Clutch offer one of the strongest and best quality organic clutch kits on the market for the SR20DET Pulsar GTi-R.
In our opinion ACT clutch kits can not be beaten in quality or performance. The torque figures quoted are for real, not inflated figures made up to look good. We use an ACT clutch on our 500+bhp R33 Skyline and there is also a number of cars using ACT clutches in the British Drift Championship / Drift Allstars and many other forms of motorsport around the world. Drivers include James Deane along with many others.
Here is a direct quote from a BDC pro driver….
“I have over 25000 miles on my ACT extreme at over 500bhp and still going strong. No exaggeration I’ve done a million clutch kicks! I swear by ACT”
Cant beat that for an endorsement!

The XTG6 kit features an Xtreme pressure plate for the most demanding driver. ACT Xtreme pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT’s 6-pad spring-centered race disc features a spring-center construction to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. With the 6-pad spring-centered race disc, engagement is harsher, but shifting is faster. The 6-pad spring-centered disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.
