Parts incorrectly ordered

When placing an order through the Auto Extreme website please ensure you purchase the correct part for your car. If you are unsure about anything please contact us by email or by calling 0345 009 5641. We are not liable for any incorrectly ordered part. It is your responsibility as the customer to be sure the item is the part you want.

Auto Extreme Ltd will accept returns on incorrectly ordered parts but there will be a 5% admin fee to cover the cost of processing your refund,. You will also be liable for all postage costs incurred.

Damaged goods

All UK orders are sent out with limited compensation against transit damage. If any part of your order was damaged in transit then we need to be notified within 24hrs of you receiving delivery. All goods must be inspected as soon as they arrive while the driver is still present. If there is any damage the delivery must be signed as DAMAGED and refused. If the delivery is signed for before the item is inspected and damage is later found no claim can be made. This is not our rules. Insurance is provided by the delivery company so we must abide by their terms and conditions of transit insurance.

Parts incorrectly supplied

If for any reason you receive an incorrect part through our error please notify us by email, or by calling 0345 009 5641 within 7 days of receiving your order. Once notified we will arrange for the part to be collected by courier at the earliest convenience. The item MUST be well packaged and in 'as new' condition. Once the part arrives back at the warehouse we will inspect for damage and replace or refund as appropriate. Postage on these returns will be covered by us. If we are not informed within 7 days the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. No refund or replacement will be available on any returns notified later than 14 days.

Warranty

Any product warranty provided is with the manufacturer of the parts ordered. Auto Extreme Ltd do not provide product warranty. Items are supplied 'as is' and come with no extra guarantee from us. Fitting these parts to you car may void its warranty. Auto Extreme Ltd accepts no liability for damage to your car caused by any of these parts. Some of these parts may be for show use only and not for use on public roads. If you are unsure, please contact us by email or by calling 0345 009 5641 to ask before ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected. Items which come with manufacturer's warranty are still covered by their warranty.

Please note: We will not accept returns for goods which were delivered to the customer more than 14 days before notification of a fault. The only exception to this is for items with manufacturer warranties where replacements may be available. If in doubt, contact us before ordering items from us if you require further information regarding warranties.

All other returns

In the event of all other cases we may consider offering a refund, replacement or store credit within 7 days of you taking delivery of the item. We will only accept returns if the goods are in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Postage is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a 5% admin fee to cover the cost of processing your refund,. This needs to be charged to cover the cost of order processing. No returns will be accepted for goods sold as clearance offers or custom made items unless stated prior to dispatch.

Special order items can not be returned under any circumstances.
