Returns
1. PARTS INCORRECTLY ORDERED
When placing an order through the Auto Extreme website please ensure you purchase the correct part for your car. Please ensure you are sure you want to purchase the item before submitting your order. It is your responsibility as the customer to be sure the item is the part you want. If you are unsure and need to check please contact us by email or by calling 0845 009 5641. Alternatively contact the manufacturer. Auto Extreme Ltd will not accept any cancellation, exchange or refund for any product ordered through your error.
2. DAMAGED GOODS
All UK orders are sent out with limited compensation against transit damage. Compensation is not provided directly by us, it is purchased on your behalf from the delivery company. We can not be held liable for any damage while in transit, however if any part of your order is damaged in transit we will persue a claim on your behalf.
If any part of your order is damaged in transit then we need to be notified within 24hrs of you receiving delivery. All goods MUST be inspected for damage AT POINT OF DELIVERY WHILE THE DRIVER IS STILL PRESENT. If there is any damage the delivery must be signed as DAMAGED. If the item is not checked and the delivery is signed for and damage is later found no claim can be made.
3. PARTS INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED
If for any reason you receive an incorrect part through our error please notify us by email, or by calling 0845 009 5641 within 7 days of receiving your order. Once notified we will arrange for the part to be collected by courier. The item needs to be well packaged and in 'as new' condition. Once the part arrives back at the warehouse we will inspect for damage and replace or refund as appropriate. Postage on these returns will be covered by us. If we are not informed within 7 days the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. No refund or replacement will be available on any returns notified later than 14 days.
4. Warranty Returns
All parts supplied by Auto Extreme Ltd are supplied with manufactuers warranty. Terms and length of warranty differ between manufacturers. If a part you ordered develops a fault please contact us to find out if it is still under warranty.
5. All Other Returns
In the event of all other cases we may consider offering a refund, replacement or store credit within 7 days of you taking delivery of the item. We will only accept returns if the goods are in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Postage/shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the item. This needs to be charged to cover the cost of order processing. No returns will be accepted for goods sold as special offers unless stated prior to dispatch.
Special order items can not be returned under any circumstances.
6. Return Address
Please email us or call 0845 009 5641 for our returns address as this differs to our registered company address.
All returns MUST include your name, address, order number and a note of why the item is being returned. Do not return an item to us before you have contacted us.
